This Terms of Use aims to prescribe basic information concerning the conditions and procedures in use of the representative website(hereinafter referred to as ‘Site’)provided by Gyonggido Business & Science Accelerator(hereinafter referred to as ‘Company’)
Article 2. (Effect and Amendment of Terms of Use)
01. This Terms of Use takes effect by notifying the user about the contents.
02. Company shall amend the contents of this Terms of Use, and the amended Terms of Use takes effect by notifying the user in the same manner as in Clause 1.
Article 3. (Regulation other than Terms of Use)
Any information not mentioned in this Terms of Use may be applied in accordance with the Framework Act on Telecommunications, Telecommunications Business Act and other relevant laws and regulations.
Chapter II. Service Use Contract.
Article 4 (Effect and Amendment of Terms of Use)
01. If you select "Agree to Terms of Use" and click "Confirm" button when signing up for membership, you are deemed to have agreed to this Terms of Use.
02. If the member does not agree to the amended Terms of Use, he/she may stop using the service and withdraw from membership. If the member continues to use the service after the Terms of Use is amended, he/she shall be considered to agree to amendments of Terms of Use.
03. The service contract is established by Company's consent to the application for service after the service applicant's agreement to the Terms of Use.
04. However, if the applicant has previously lost his/her membership for reasons indicated in Article10, the applicant may acquire Company's approval to re-registration for membership after three years from the loss of membership.
Article 5 (Withdrawal from Membership & Loss of Eligibility)
01. Members may cancel their membership registration(withdrawal of membership), at any time, according to the withdrawal procedure on the Site's membership withdrawal page.
02. Members may be restricted from service for a certain period of time, due to the following reasons:
a. If there is any false information in the registration form.
b. If the member intentionally interferes with the operation of the service.
c. If the member uses Company to act against the law and this Terms of Use, or against public order and morals.
d. If the member steals another member's ID and password.
e. Any other cases where Company deems the member inappropriate as a user.
Article 6 (Application for Service)
01. In order to use this service, you must fill out all information required by Company's prescribed application form to apply.
02. All member information written in the application form is considered to be real data. the user who does not enter his/her real name or actual information cannot be legally protected and may be subject to the service restriction.
Article 7 (Approval of Application for Use)
01. Company accepts the application for service use, except for cases in violation of each clause of Article 5 and 6.
02. In the following cases, Company may withhold approval until the reasons are resolved:
a. If service-related facilities are insufficient.
b. If there is any technical difficulties.
c. Any other cases where company deems it necessary.
03. Company may not accept the membership in the following cases:
a. If the applicant applied membership with another person's name or false name.
b. If there is any false information in necessary information of the application for use.
c. If the application is made for the purpose of hindering social well-being, public order or manners.
d. Any other cases where application does not conform to Company's requirements on service application.
e. If a child under the age of 14 does not obtain consent from a legal representative such as parents.
Article 8 (Amendment of Member Information)
If the member's information entered at the time of application for use is changed, the member must correct it online, and the member is responsible for any problems caused by not changing it.
Chapter III. Obligations of Contracting Parties.
Article 9 (Company's Obligations)
01. Company shall not take any actions against the law and this Terms of Use. Company shall do its best to provide stable and continuous services as prescribed by the Terms of Use.
02. Company shall protect users' personal information so that users can use this service safely.
03. If Company deems that the opinion or complaint raised by the user is justified, it shall be dealt with immediately. If it is difficult to promptly deal with the matter, Company shall notify the cause and the final settlement schedule to the user.
04. In order to provide stable and continuous service, Company shall repair or restores the facility without delay when there is a failure. However, in case of natural disasters, emergencies or other unavoidable circumstances, the service may be temporarily suspended or halted.
Article 10 (Member's Obligations)
01. Members shall not engage in any of following acts in relation to the use of service.
a. Collecting, storing and illegally using other member's ID or personal information.
b. Using information obtained from the service for the purposes other than the use of the member without Company's prior consent: reproducing the information from the service, modifying it, using it for publication, broadcasting or so, and providing information to third parties.
c. Infringing Company's copyright, third-party's copyright, and all other rights.
d. Disseminating any information, sentences, figures, etc. against public order and morals to others
e. Conducting an act that is objectively deemed to be related to a crime.
f. Conducting any other acts that violate relevant laws and regulations.
02. The member shall comply with the relevant laws and regulations, the clauses prescribed in this Terms of Use, and the service use guidelines and precautions.
03. The member shall comply with the usage restrictions posted by Company on the service notification page or separately notified.
04. The member shall not conduct any commercial activities using the service without the prior consent from Company.
Chapter IV. Provision and Use of Service.
Article 11 (Category of Service)
01. This Terms of Use is basically applicable to all services provided by Company, and the service requiring separate clauses may possess additional terms. a. a. Category of additional services defined by Company.
02. Company shall protect the users’ personal information so that users can use this service safely.

Article 12 (Member's Obligations for ID & Password)
01. The member shall be responsible for all management of his/her ID and password. The member shall be solely responsible for all consequences resulting from the negligent management or illegal use of ID and password granted to the member.
02. If ID(ID and e-mail)of the member is illegally used or if there is any security violations, the member shall notify Company.
Article 13 (Provision of Information)
Company may provide various information, that is conceded necessary during use of the service, through e-mail and other methods. If the member does not want to receive the e-mail, he/she may reject it from the personal information editing menu at the time of membership registration.
Article 14 (Member's Post)
Company shall not be responsible for any civil or criminal liability for the contents posted, published, e-mailed or transmitted in other ways by the member through this service.
01. If the content slanders other members or third parties, infringes on privacy, or damages reputation through slander.
02. If the stable service operation is disturbed, or there is a concern of disturbing it.
03. If the content is deemed to be related to criminal acts.
04. If the content infringes on Company's intellectual rights, the other's intellectual rights or any other rights.
05. If the posting period specified by Company has been exceeded.
06. If the content is considered to violate other relevant laws and regulations.
Article 15 (Rights and Responsibilities for Content)
01. The copyright of all contents on this Site belongs to Company, unless there is no additional declaration of intention between the parties in advance.
02. Company shall protect the content, and it is prohibited to use or quote the content on other sites by others without Company's permission.
Article 16 (Service Hours)
01. The service is available for 24 hours a day, all year round, unless there is any reasons of Company's business, technical difficulties, or other special causes. However, all or part of the service may be exceptionally restricted from the Company's need such as inspecting facilities, and also from the situation of the use of service is hindered by uncontrollable problems―failure of facilities, service congestion and etc.
02. Company may additionally set the service hours of some services, and in this case, Company shall notice or notify the service hours to the members in advance.
Article 17 (Responsibility for Service Use)
The member shall not be allowed to sell illegal products using the service. In particular, hacking, money-making advertisements, commercial activities through obscene sites, illegal distribution of commercial software, etc. are prohibited. Company shall not be responsible for the consequence and loss of sales activity, and legal measures such as arrest by relevant organizations that occurred in violation of this.
Article 18 (Restriction and Suspension of Service)
01. Company may restrict or suspend all or part of the services if there is any uncontrollable reasons: the possibility of war, incident, natural disaster or equivalent national emergency and the suspension of the telecommunications service by key telecommunications operator under the Telecommunications Business Act.
02. When Company restricts or suspends the use of the service in accordance with Clause 1, Company shall notify the member of the reason and the period of restriction.
Chapter V. Other Matters.
Article 19 (Compensation for Damage)
Company shall not be responsible for any damages to the member related to the use of the service.
Article 20 (Exemption Provisions)
01. Company shall be exempted from the responsibility for providing the service if it is unable to provide the service in order to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
02. Company shall not be responsible for any damages to the member caused by the information obtained from each site provided by Company, and the answer to question from the certain expert. Each member shall confirm to use such information at his/her own discretion.
03. Company shall be exempted from responsibility in the event of a failure in the use of the service, due to the member's negligence.

04. Company shall be exempted from responsibility when the member cannot earn the expected profits from Company's service provision, and in the event of damage caused by selection and use of the service information.
05. Company shall be exempted from responsibility for the content―reliability and accuracy of information, data, and fact, etc.―posted by the member on the service.
Article 21 (A competent court)
If the lawsuit is filed in relation to the use of service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of company shall be the competent court.
