NARUCO is trying to resolve prejudice and change it into a positive image by choosing a black cat that was taboo to the public as a cute black cat character. It is hoped that this will help resolve prejudice against black cats and help little to solve the problem of abandoned animals. In addition, NARUCO intends to stimulate people's affection for and respect for cats by publishing the Cat News/Meow Newspaper. By showing the bright, positive, and happy appearance of cats through the media, we would like to contribute to sharing a special bond with cats and raising awareness of responsible animal care and protection to the general public.
