ONES FARM`s brand, the 'Hannip Cook’, Korea's most excellent traditional wholesome food producer, uses natural Korean ingredients for its entire product range, including 'Coin Broth', patented 'Kimchidajigi', red pepper and soybean paste, seasoned soy sauce, and fermented soybean, based on Korea's superb traditional food culture. With a passion for traditional food from an early age, our CEO has completed her studies at the Korean Traditional Fermentation Academy, where she completed the traditional natural fermentation curriculum, temple food research and a preservation instructor course, first-class certification for traditional soy sauce producer, and qualification of ‘Master of Korean Traditional Food’. She constructed a large production facility and a ‘traditional fermented food education center’ on a 4,000 yd² site in Mungyeong, a pristine area representative of the Baekdu-daegan mountain range.
