Yeonlihuijae, which means that it becomes a joy when soulmate meet, is a company that mainly makes Gaeseong Juak, a traditional Korean rice cake. Since the Goryeo Dynasty(474-1392), Gaeseong Juak has been a precious food served at banquets, feasts, and when guests came. We wanted to publicize Gaeseong Juak, which was a traditional Korean dessert but was not well known, to the world, so we reinterpreted it in a modern way without losing its tradition.
