A vacuum conveyor machine is a facility that continuously transports powder raw materials to a predetermined place as the atmosphere is inhaled by the pressure difference between the main body and the inlet by the vacuum generated by the vacuum pump attached to the main body.

There are two types of Powder vacuum conveyor: powder and blow motor.
1. Features of Powder Method
1) Quick Transfer: Transfer of various types of powder/powder using the force of atmospheric air pressure
2) Low raw material damage rate: It is transferred by air, so there is less damage to the product and easy to clean
3) Electrostatic removal and strong durability of transport materials
4) As the capacity of the product increases, the transfer amount and speed per minute vary, and a suitable vacuum transfer machine is used depending on the specific gravity, characteristics, and production volume of the product
5) The transferred contents are opened and transferred to the hopper or transfer device, the transfer/release is operated for a set amount of time on the controller
6) No dust due to filter installation
2. blow motor method
1) The blow motor-type vacuum transfer machine is a facility in which a motor is added and transfers the product to the transfer device by the force of air inhaled from the blow motor
2) Various filters (PE coated filter / stainless steel filter / titanium filter) can be selected depending on the characteristics of the raw material, and stainless steel filter and titanium filter can be cleaned with water
