Digital Smart Pressure Cooker

How a Pressure Cooker Works Pressure cookers use high-temperature, high-pressure cooking to cook food quickly at high temperatures and pressure by adding pressure to the pot. When the pressure cooker is completely airtight and heated, the pressure inside the pot rises and the temperature increases, thereby softening the food in a short time. The Benefits of Pressure Cooking 1. Shorter cooking time. A pressure cooker can cook soybeans in a quarter the time of a regular cooker (the exact time consumption depends on the ingredients). 2. Save energy. Cooking soybeans uses only 1/15 the energy as a regular pot, which saves resources and money while reducing cooking time. The pot has a three-layer composite bottom suitable for gas, electric ceramic, induction cookers, and other stoves. 3. Nutrient preservation. Cooking under high pressure and airtight conditions preserves the nutrients of the food to the greatest extent possible. 4. Easy to cook challenging food. More complicated foods such as meat with bones and tendons cook much faster.
