Product Description

It is a Korean food name designated by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (MOFA) No. 77 (designated field: sikhye, sikhye sector No. 1) and is made in the traditional way by master Moon Wan-ki.
It is called 'gamju' because the rice grains are removed from the sake. By removing the grains of rice, it is more approachable to children and foreigners who find the texture of rice grains awkward.
We use domestic rice and domestic malted rice as raw materials to produce sake.
It is produced by soaking and juicing high-quality malted rice and mixing it with well-built kodu rice through a long process of saccharification.
The product can be stored at room temperature and has a shelf life of 18 months.
In addition, the product is HACCP-certified.
