We are the owners of ‘INSAENG-agujjim’, the No.1 Steamed monkfish franchise in South Korea, currently operating 155 franchise locations (including upcoming openings). Agujjim and Haemul-jjim are traditional Korean dishes made with monkfish and seafood, seasoned with various spices and vegetables. The chewy taste of seafood and the spicy taste of minari and bean sprouts make this dish particularly enjoyable. With the current global popularity of K-FOOD, we are confident that Steamed monkfish and Steamed seafood, which have been loved in Korea for a long time, will also receive great love.
Our strengths include our proprietary golden ratio sauce, easy and simple cooking methods, and high sales of our brand franchises. Our ‘golden ratio sauce’, which was developed through hundreds of trials and efforts, is a secret sauce made from over 20 ingredients. This special sauce has been recognized and patented (No. 10-2415936, method for manufacturing powdered sauce for Steamed monkfish cooking and powdered sauce manufactured by the method). Our easy and standardized recipe maintains the same taste in all franchises, achieving an average monthly sales of over 50 million KRW nationwide.
In addition, we have our own sauce factory with an annual production capacity of over 3000 tons, providing a stable supply of sauce. We comply with quality and environment by applying international standards such as ISO:9001 and ISO:14001. In the future, we plan to obtain various international certifications including FSSC:22000, HALAL, and FDA, and prepare for overseas expansion in Southeast Asia and other regions.
