The cold air desiccant dryer obtains a low moisture content through evaporative cold air drying and condensation waste heat desiccant drying, and shortens the drying time by more than 50% compared to cold air drying.
The cold air desiccant dryer was first developed in Korea and its patent has been registered in Korea, Japan, and the United States. It has received the silver prize at the Geneva World Invention Exhibition, the gold prize at the Republic of Korea Patent Invention Exhibition, and the gold prize at the Thailand Invention Exhibition. It has received CE certification, agricultural product dryer certification, next-generation world-class product certification, and has been registered as an innovative product of the Industrial Convergence Leading Company.
For example, in Thailand, grain drying is not possible, so 20% of the production is wasted every year. However, if cold air desiccant drying is used, the best drying performance can be achieved at 40℃ or lower. Therefore, if the delivery performance related to a large-scale plant is accumulated, it is expected that there will be no difficulty in entering the global market.
